Supply Of Drugs Medicines And Consumable Items Tender Notice

Electronic bids are invited for supply of drugs, medicines, surgical items, post mortem instruments, generic consumable items and miscellaneous items for Police Surgeon Hyderabad and Additional Police Surgeon Hyderabad for the financial year 2025-26 under Single Stage One Envelope procedure through EPADS. Eligible suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and active on FBR and SRB taxpayer lists may participate. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be accepted. Tender fee of Rs.1000 and bid security of 2.5% are mandatory. Original instruments of tender fee and bid security must reach procuring agency before submission deadline. In case of public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened on next working day. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under SPPRA Rules 2010.
