Electrical Towers Conductors Insulators Supply Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited on National Competitive Bidding basis for supply of SPD type poles, SPG type poles, ED and EG type towers, ZM-I and ZM-30 and ZM-60 towers with extensions, ACSR Lynx conductors, ACSR Rail conductors, earthwire and disc insulators on free delivery to consignee store basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004 through E-PADS. Eligible manufacturers and suppliers registered with NTDC, WAPDA, DISCOs and Sales Tax and Income Tax departments may participate. Original bid security in favor of Chief Executive Officer HAZECO must be submitted before bid closing time and scanned copy uploaded with electronic bid. Conditional, partial and incomplete bids shall be rejected and bids shall remain valid for 60 days. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rule 33(1). Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Electrical equipment suppliers should ensure compliance with NTDC and WAPDA specifications and maintain complete technical documentation for all supplied materials.
