Construction Of Cultural Complex Building Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of cultural complex at Khuzdar under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Eligible bidders registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active taxpayers having PEC category C-3 and above with specialization codes CE10, CE10(iv), CE10(i), CE10(ii), CE10(iii), CE10(v), CE10(vi), CE10(vii) and CE10(viii) may participate. Bidders must have completed at least one similar assignment and demonstrate turnover of PKR 294706295 during previous years with project specific credit line certificate equal to project cost. Tender fee is PKR 1000 and bid security of 2% in shape of bank guarantee or deposit at call from scheduled bank is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted through supplier dashboard and opened on EPPS system.
