Small Industries Estate Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of experienced firms and contractors for establishment of Small Industries Estate QuaidAbad Group-1 including infrastructure development and related construction works through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Interested firms must possess valid PEC registration category C-B or above relevant SECP or Registrar of Firms registration tax registration with FBR and PRA and undertaking confirming non-blacklisting status. Technical and financial proposals are required to be submitted online through EPADS. Earnest money equal to 3.5% of tender cost in shape of CDR must be uploaded and physically submitted before bid opening. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:00 PM on 01-06-2026. Bid validity period is 180 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should complete EPADS registration and upload all mandatory judicial undertakings and financial documents in advance to avoid disqualification under PPRA Rules.
