Procurement Of Furniture For Industrial Development Project Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and supply of furniture for the development project Uplifting of Industries and Commerce Department for Promotion of Industrialization in AJ&K under AJK PPRA Rules through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with the Tax Department and Registrar of Companies or Firms of AJ&K are invited to participate. Detailed bidding documents including specifications and eligibility criteria can be obtained upon submission of written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.800 during office hours from Directorate of Industries and Commerce Industrial Estate Chella Muzaffarabad AJ&K. All bids must be accompanied by call deposit equal to 2 percent of quoted rates as bid security. Bids must be submitted by 25-05-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of AJKPPRA Rules 2017 and may increase, decrease or eliminate any item from the offered list under PPRA Rule 42(c)(IV). Payment to the successful bidder shall be made after complete and satisfactory supply along with goods received and inspection report as per supply order. All applicable taxes and charges shall be deducted according to prevailing AJ&K Government laws. Successful bidder shall furnish 8 percent performance security in the shape of bank draft before issuance of supply order. Bid evaluation report and award of contract will be published on AJK PPRA official website.
