Procurement Of Furniture And Deep Freezers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and deep freezers under development programme for immunization programme against contagious diseases and strengthening of first aid centers through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under AJKPPRA Rules 2017 Rule 36. Tender includes procurement of complete furniture set and deep freezers with 380 liter capacity. Estimated cost for furniture items is Rs.1,320,000 with bid security Rs.60,000 while estimated cost for deep freezers is Rs.840,000 with bid security Rs.38,000. Furniture items include office tables office chair sets and office almirahs in standard sizes. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately and only technically qualified firms shall proceed to financial opening. Bidders must provide affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and absence of litigation with government. Successful bidder shall deliver items within seven days of supply order issuance. Tenders must be submitted by 22-05-2026 till 10:00 AM and opened same day at 11:00 AM.
