Machinery Equipment College Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery and equipment for Government Associate College for Women Luddan Vehari including LED 55 inch Android smart class air conditioners with installation photocopier machine UPS system printers and electric water cooler with filter and sterilizer through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from income tax and sales tax registered firms through E-PADS. All taxes duties and stamp duty must be included in quoted rates and original bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order must be submitted before bid closing time. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of supply order amount and complete supply within 15 days from issuance of supply order. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit original bid security before tender closing because bids without physical security instrument will be rejected during evaluation.
