Description
Procurement of information technology equipment including purchase and installation of SMD display systems public address systems PVC card printers laminating machines cards UPS all in one PCs AI deep learning GPU based PCs servers photocopiers workstation furniture wireless keyboard and mouse sets wireless presenters external hard drives and USB pen drives through EPADS 2.0 single stage one envelope procedure under PPRA rules. Bidders may participate in one or multiple lots and separate technical and financial proposals are mandatory. Prices must include all applicable taxes duties installation and training charges. Bid security for each lot must be physically submitted before opening time otherwise bids shall be rejected. Eligible bidders must possess NTN GST active taxpayer status relevant experience manufacturer authorization and after sales support capability and must not be blacklisted by any government entity. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Vendors should submit physical bid security before tender opening because online proposals without original security instruments will not be entertained.
