Laptops Laserjet Printers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment including - Laptop Ultra 7 with pre installed Windows and MS Office for programmers - LaserJet Printers. Electronic bids are invited on lot wise basis from original manufacturers authorized distributors and general order suppliers through EPADS under Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied with bid security in shape of demand draft pay order or call deposit from scheduled bank of Pakistan. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS before deadline and bids will be opened in presence of bidder representatives. Alternate proposals conditional bids incomplete unsigned unstamped or manually submitted bids shall be treated as non-responsive. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory with bids. Contract shall be awarded to lowest technically evaluated bidder.
