Procurement of stationery, computer stationery and office supplies on a framework contract and item-wise basis including ball point pens, gel pens, annexures, fluid pens, permanent markers, box files, gum sticks, paper clips, rexene file flappers, license cards, highlighters, stamp pads, sticky notes, file laces, A4 offset paper, calculators, stapler pins, binder clips, Schneider pens, binding tape, punch machines, diary and dispatch registers, A4 computer paper, toner cartridges for HP LaserJet Pro 4003dw, HP LaserJet 1022, HP LaserJet 2015, HP LaserJet 3005, HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw and HP LaserJet 108a, duster cloths, cleaning towels, air fresheners, phenyl, Harpic, soap, liquid soap, insect spray, surf, tissue boxes, Vim powder, brooms, steel wipers, washroom cleaner acid, towels, tissue rolls, water glasses, plastic dustbins, door mats, LED bulbs 24W and LED bulbs 45W. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and joint ventures registered with the relevant Registration Authorities, Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority may participate. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each item shall be submitted through PSID. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 Hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity shall remain 90 days.
