Supply Of Livelihood Productive Assets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of productive assets for livelihood support of ultra poor beneficiaries under PAP project KDDP including tri motor cycles printing tools stitching units electrical tools plumbing tools puncture shop items barber shop items and beauty parlor items. Electronic tenders are invited from eligible experienced manufacturers authorized suppliers and dealers under KPPRA Rules 2014 amended through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities active on ATL and not blacklisted under Rule 44. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of total value for each item in shape of call deposit in favor of District Office Social Welfare Department Kohat is mandatory. Technical and financial evaluations shall be conducted under Rule 29 and all bids must be submitted through KPPRA EPADS system only. Samples and original CDR documents must be presented before closing time. Conditional incomplete or late bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers of vocational tools and livelihood equipment should ensure submission of samples financial statements and mandatory affidavits before technical bid opening.
