Repair And Replacement Of Machinery Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and replacement of machinery and IT equipment including data loggers temperature and humidity sensors wind speed sensors wind direction sensors rain gauges dry batteries 40ah printers and NAS hard drives on F.O.R basis. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayer list of FBR. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope open competitive bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Original bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of pay order bankers cheque or call deposit is mandatory. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee amounting to 10 percent of supply or work order value. Incomplete or late bids shall not be considered and procuring agency reserves right to cancel bidding process at any stage.
