Provision Of Laptops Digital Standees And Displays Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for provision of laptops digital standees and SMDs through single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Interested firms authorized distributors and suppliers having minimum five years relevant experience may submit electronic bids. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and remain active tax filers. Prices shall be quoted in PKR with applicable taxes separately indicated. Bid validity shall remain for ninety days extendable by thirty days through mutual consent. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated bid value in shape of demand draft pay order or call deposit receipt must be submitted with scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and original submitted before opening. Offers through courier postal mail hand delivery or email shall not be accepted. Evaluation shall be conducted under PPRA Rules and technically responsive lowest evaluated bid shall be considered for award.
