Procurement Of Electro Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electro medical equipment for PESSI hospitals and directorates under Zone-V for fiscal year 2025-26 on Cost Insurance and Freight Basis CIF and Delivered Duty Paid Basis DDP. Electronic bids are invited from registered sales tax and income tax active bidders including valid sole or authorized agents of OEM registered with DRAP PNRA and relevant authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated quoted package value in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order along with original affidavit on e-stamp paper must be submitted before closing date. Electronic bids shall be opened through E-PADS in presence of participants. Procuring agency may cancel tender under Rule 35 and shall not be responsible for internet or technical failures during submission.
