Technical Training Centre Building Renovation Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and annual repair special repair works for Government Technical Training Centre AMTS Multan including rehabilitation and improvement works based on MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2024 under single stage single envelope procedure. Firms having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate through EPADS. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA EPADS and TEVTA websites. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs.61,800 in the shape of CDR valid for 120 days is mandatory and must be submitted through courier before closing time. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS and will be opened on 04-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in presence of committee members and bidders. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Punjab PPRA Rules. Estimated project cost is Rs.3,087,943 with completion period of 60 days.
