Description
Procurement of stationery store items computer stationery IT equipment and machinery for Sessions Courts Mianwali through single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Items include paper reams toner cartridges registers shorthand books staplers envelopes thermal rolls file covers blankets pillows bed sheets flower pots curtains kitchen appliances carpets irons wall clocks fire extinguishers computer paper toners printers scanners computer systems surveillance hard disks web cameras external SSDs floor standing air conditioners inverter ACs refrigerators water dispensers LED televisions washing machine deep freezer UPS batteries and stabilizers. Interested firms registered with EPADS Sales Tax and Income Tax departments are eligible to participate. E-bids including technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by refundable bid security equal to 5% of bid value in favor of District and Sessions Judge Mianwali. Successful bidder shall deposit additional 10% performance guarantee and provide one year warranty for supplied items. Delivery is required within 15 days after issuance of supply order. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 03-06-2026 at 11:00 AM.
