Purchase Of Machinery Items Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for purchase of machinery items for financial year 2025-26 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope procedure. E-bids are invited from well reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers having previous experience and valid registration with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. Estimated amount is Rs. 2,500,000 with bid security of Rs. 125,000 equivalent to 5% of estimated cost in favor of District and Sessions Judge Mandi Bahauddin. Tender documents complete in all respects must reach the office through registered mail up to 01-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders representatives. Minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance is mandatory. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee refundable after completion of warranty period. Delivery of items must be completed within 20 days after issuance of supply order otherwise security deposit may be forfeited and firm blacklisted. Procuring agency reserves the right to enhance quantity up to fifteen percent and reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
