Extraction And Transportation Of Forest Sleeper Timber Tender Notice

Description

Tender invitation for extraction, loading and transportation of forest sleeper timber from Forest Regional Division Kotli for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Eligible contractors having valid NTN number, tax registration, own loader vehicles and skilled labor are invited to participate for extraction and transportation of wet sleeper timber from designated forest blocks. Tenders must be submitted in the tender box at the office of Forest Regional Division Kotli by 23-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents can be obtained during office hours up to 22-05-2026 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.5000. All bidders are required to submit affidavit confirming that they are not blacklisted and are not involved in any dispute with the government. Bid security equal to 5 percent of contract value in the name of Conservator Forest Kotli is mandatory and must accompany the tender in the form of call deposit receipt. Tenders without bid security or incomplete documents shall not be accepted. Successful bidder shall execute agreement within one week of issuance of work order. Rates shall include extraction, loading and transportation charges per cubic foot of wet sleeper timber along with all applicable taxes. Blacklisted and power generation defaulting contractors are not eligible to participate and must provide clearance affidavit. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under Section 33 of AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bid evaluation report shall be available on AJK PPRA website.
