Description
Procurement of IT equipment virtual courts infrastructure and server room accessories through KPPRA E-PADS from eligible experienced and reputable firms registered with relevant tax authorities. Bidders are required to upload tenders through EPADS and submit physical hard copies before 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026 while opening will be conducted at 11:00 AM on the same day in Conference Room Judicial Complex Peshawar. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Procurement is on turnkey basis including installation configuration compatibility testing and mandatory equipment demonstrations. Technical bids must include affidavit confirming original CDR placement in financial bid. Earnest money of 2% in favor of District and Sessions Judge Peshawar in shape of CDR is mandatory and rates must include all applicable government taxes.
