Remote Image Analysis Centres Development Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Design development supply installation integration testing commissioning training and three years operation and maintenance of a central remote image analysis centre at Islamabad and two local remote image analysis centres at Chaman and Torkhum for non-intrusive inspection equipment under Pakistan Raises Revenue Program financed by the World Bank. Procurement shall be conducted through international competitive procurement using request for proposals and turnkey contract basis in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations. Evaluation criteria shall consist of 60 percent technical and 40 percent financial weighting. Interested proposers may download request for proposals documents free of cost from official FBR tenders website and attend virtual pre-proposal session scheduled for 04 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Sealed proposals must be delivered physically by 06 July 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be publicly opened immediately after submission deadline while financial proposals shall remain sealed until second opening stage. Proposal security amounting to PKR 28,000,000 or USD 100,000 equivalent is mandatory.
