Temporary Lighting Arrangements Religious Events Tender Notice
Description
Provision of temporary lighting arrangements and allied infrastructure works for religious event management through PPRA E-Tendering System under item rate basis procurement procedure. Contractors and firms participating in the process must possess valid PEC registration and complete EPADS registration requirements. Procurement includes temporary lighting installation and operational arrangements for event infrastructure management. Earnest money amount equal to 4 percent of estimated cost totaling 198,583 is mandatory in shape of CDR and original documents must be presented before bid opening otherwise contractors shall be disqualified. Tender opening will take place at 12:30 PM and quoted rates shall be announced in presence of Tender Opening Committee.
