Prequalification Flood Relief Goods Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms companies contractors and general order suppliers for provision of standardized flood and monsoon relief goods equipment and services for fiscal year 2026-27 through E-Tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes food hampers cooked food mosquito nets life jackets plastic mats charpai bedding labour services generators drinking water flour rice animal fodder tents ropes transportation vehicles camp catering and marquee accessories. Interested parties must be registered on EPADS and should not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or PPRA. Bid security equivalent to 3 percent of estimated price is mandatory for each lot. Applications for prequalification shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened at 02:30 PM on the same day.
