Framework Contract For Event Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide items and services on purchase and rental basis for Muharram-ul-Haram, Ramzan Package, Christmas and New Year celebrations, General and Local Government Elections, VVIP movements, flood relief operations, contingency requirements and other unforeseen events during the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority shall submit separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated procurement cost of PKR 20 million shall be submitted through CDR together with the electronic bid. Vendors shall provide goods, equipment and services including installation, maintenance and technical support whenever required throughout the contract period. Successful bidders shall supply standard quality items and services as specified in the bidding documents.
