Construction improvement renovation and maintenance works including missing facilities in Art Council Sargodha - maintenance and repair of Session Judge residences Civil Judge residences Judicial Colony residences GOR-I GOR-III buildings and PWD colony structures through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis under PPRA Rules. Contractors and engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate. Contractors must upload scanned copy of CDR at 5% of estimated cost and submit original CDR before opening of bids otherwise bids shall be declared non-responsive. Successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. Incomplete financial bids blank BOQs and false information shall result in rejection and legal action. Bids shall be opened in the office of Commissioner Sargodha Division. Procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
