Revamping And Upgradation Of Healthcare Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Execute revamping and upgradation works for leftover secondary healthcare facilities at Government General Hospital Shahdara District Lahore under ADP No. 3610 for the year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under PPRA Rules on item rate basis using approved DNIT and BOQ. Eligible contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialization codes may participate. Bidders are required to submit online bids along with signed and stamped readable documents and earnest money in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque amounting to Rs. 2,119,500/-. Original earnest money instrument must be submitted before closing time otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Online bids shall be opened in presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Performance guarantee shall be obtained from the lowest bidder under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should ensure EPADS registration submission of original earnest money and valid PEC specialization codes before tender opening to avoid rejection.
