Hospital Management Information System Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement installation configuration and maintenance of hospital management information system including remaining items servers and related infrastructure for 32 DHQ hospitals under framework contract for revamping of non-teaching DHQ hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014 using EPADS. Eligible manufacturers importers and authorized dealers may participate through national competitive bidding. Mandatory bid security amounting to Rs.0.3 million in favor of Project Director Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals is required from the account of the bidding firm manufacturer or importer. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-03 and electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only.
