Auction Of Hospital Canteen And Parking Stand Tender Notice
Description
Auction of the canteen and parking stand of DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27 under a contract for one year from the date of issuance of award letter, extendable for three months upon satisfactory performance. The bid security for the Parking Stand is Rs. 500,000 and for the Canteen is Rs. 500,000. Bidding documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. The Parking Stand auction is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and the Canteen auction is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. The successful bidder must deposit three months payment of the successful bid in advance in the Government Treasury within three days together with applicable taxes. Failure of successful bidders to deposit the contract amount may result in forfeiture of the CDR and award to the next bidder. Government or semi-government defaulters and autonomous body defaulters are not eligible. The hospital administration may reject all offers under Rule 35(1) of PPRA Rules 2014.
