Repair Maintenance Muharram Routes Tender Notice
Description
Execute repair rehabilitation and maintenance works for Muharram routes streets roads PCC streets civil works and procession routes in Ravi Zone Aziz Bhatti Zone Wahga Zone Gulberg Zone Samanabad Zone Data Gunj Bukhsh Zone and surrounding areas of Lahore to facilitate participants of Majalis and Muharram-ul-Haram processions 2026. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement EPADS using Single Stage One Envelope open competitive bidding method under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible contractors registered and renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C-6 or above may participate. Bidders are required to upload signed and stamped PDF bids through EPADS along with scanned copy of earnest money equal to 3% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank and submit original CDR in hard copy before closing time otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Bids shall be evaluated on least cost basis and opened through EPADS in Town Hall Lahore in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
