Residence Repair Renovation Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute residence repair and renovation works for Quarter No. 15 Superintendent House at Main Water Works Muhammadia Colony Sargodha. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors firms manufacturers and authorized dealers having PEC category C-6 or above with relevant code CE-10 and registration with FBR and PRA may participate. Estimated project cost is Rs. 1,370,300/- with bid security amounting to Rs. 68,515/- in shape of CDR or bank guarantee from scheduled bank in favor of Deputy Director West Division WASA Sargodha. Original bid security instrument must be submitted before bid submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and corrupt unreadable or virus affected submissions shall not be accepted. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Interested contractors should ensure proper E-PADS submission valid PEC registration and timely delivery of original bid security before bid opening.
