Hiring Of Skilled Drivers Service Firm Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services of a firm for provision of skilled drivers for a period of one year extendable for another year on mutual understanding and same rates. Bids are invited on single lot basis from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments having active taxpayer profile and relevant experience. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure through EPADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security amounting to Rs. 194455 in the form of CDR bank draft or pay order in favor of Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal is mandatory and must be submitted before opening of tender. Online bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2026-06-04 at 1100 hours and will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Tender validity shall remain 90 days. Pro Tip: Ensure timely submission of original bid security instrument before opening time to avoid bid rejection as non-responsive.
