Tourist Resort Eco Park Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Construction and establishment of tourist resort and eco friendly park at Head Marala District Sialkot through single stage single envelope procurement procedure under PPRA Regulations 2024. Eligible firms registered on e-PADS with valid PEC license category C-2 and above under codes CE-01 CE-09 CE-10 and EE-11 along with active NTN and PRA registration are invited to submit bids. Estimated project cost is PKR 617.797 million with bid security amounting to PKR 30.890 million in the shape of CDR or unconditional bank guarantee in favor of Tourism Development Corporation Punjab. Contractors must provide non blacklisting certificate valid PEC license CNIC NTN PRA and proof of at least two completed public sector projects during the last five years with equivalent annual turnover. Pre bid meeting will be held on May 19 2026 at 12:00 PM at PMU TDCP Conference Room Lahore. E-bids must be submitted through e-PADS by June 03 2026 at 11:30 AM and bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
