Skilled Driver Services Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of skilled driver services for one year extendable for an additional year on mutual understanding under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments having active taxpayer profile and adequate experience are invited to submit electronic bids through EPADS. Estimated contract cost is PKR 3,889,109 with bid security amounting to PKR 194,455 in the form of CDR bank draft or pay order in favor of Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal. Original bid security must be submitted before opening of bids otherwise proposals shall be declared non responsive. E-bids must be submitted by June 04 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in presence of authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of technical and financial proposals separately with valid active taxpayer documentation.
