Hiring Hr Firm For Drivers With Htv Licenses Tender Notice

Punjab Employees Social Security Institution invites bids through e-procurement for hiring the services of an HR firm for provision of drivers with HTV licenses for trucks at PESSI Head Office Lahore. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers must be registered with E-Procurement and PPRA and relevant tax authorities. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. The estimated price is PKR 9,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated price. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM.
