Supply of office stationery - uniforms and protective clothing - other store items - computer stationery - other goods, provision of janitorial staff - security guards - lift operator / maintenance - electrician cum plumber - air conditioner mechanic - drivers, and repair of transport - machinery and equipment - furniture and fixtures - computer hardware - I.T. equipment. Electronic bids are invited from GST and Income Tax registered well-reputed firms having registered offices in Rawalpindi or Islamabad through EPADS Version 2.0 under Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure. Bidders must provide company profile, NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number with ATL status, non-blacklisting affidavit, relevant business experience and any other required documents. Rates must be quoted serial-wise inclusive of applicable taxes. Goods under S. No. I to V will be purchased on quoted rates up to 30-06-2027. Services under S. No. I to VI are required on full-time basis, with an agreement initially for one year, mutually extendable for another one year on the same terms and conditions with maximum 10% increase; either party may terminate through one month written notice. Repair vendors under S. No. I to V will be placed on panel or pre-qualified and repair work will be undertaken on need basis. Bid money of Rs. 50,000 refundable is required for each category in the name of DDO, LTO, Islamabad in the form of Pay Order. Separate bids for each category/item are required. Electronic bids must be submitted by 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day virtually in the presence of bidders or representatives. Shortfall in supply or services may result in forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting, while faulty or defective supplied items must be replaced.
