Mi Fare Cards Printing Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Mi-fare ID cards color cartridges and transfer film through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using EPADS. Only Income Tax and GST registered firms on Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate. Bid security amount of Rs. 25,000/- in form of call deposit or bank draft is required with scanned upload on EPADS and physical submission of hard copy sealed bid documents. Complete tendering process shall be conducted through EPADS. Bid opening will take place half an hour after closing time in presence of bidders. Procurement may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 33. Bid validity period is 90 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers of printing consumables identification systems and smart card materials should ensure EPADS registration and compliance with tax registration requirements.
