Procurement and supply of PVC Flex printing materials through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27, covering PVC Flex 240 grams per square metre with a quantity of 150,000 square feet and PVC Flex 400 grams per square metre with a quantity of 25,000 square feet. The estimated prices are stated as Rs. 7,500.000 and Rs. 2,500,000 respectively in the notice, with bid security figures stated as Rs. 150,000 and Rs. 50.000 respectively. The procurement covers five development schemes: CM Punjab Livestock Card - CM Punjab Empowering Rural Women in Punjab - CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Productivity Phase-I - CM Punjab Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital at Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital - CM Punjab Dairy Supply Chain Support Project. The aggregate estimated scheme cost is Rs. 10 million. Authorized distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of Panaflexes are eligible. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically. Bid security at 2% of the estimated price of tender items or lots must be deposited against a PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and the scanned deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must accompany the technical proposal.
