Provision of catering services, printing of flexes, shields and other materials for the Division of Science and Technology Research Innovation Congress (DSNT-RIC 2026) at the University of Education, Lahore. The procurement is divided into lots: Lot 1 - Catering services for 2,400 persons, estimated amount PKR 0.540 million; Lot 2 - Printing of flexes, estimated amount PKR 0.630 million; Lot 3 - Shields and other materials, estimated amount PKR 0.330 million. Bidders must be firms, companies or sole proprietors engaged in the relevant trade and registered with the applicable registration and tax authorities for income tax and sales tax. Bidding documents containing the terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available free of charge through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA website and University of Education website. Bidding shall follow the single-stage one-envelope electronic procurement procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper with the bid documents; the procuring agency may require the original affidavit for physical verification. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 6 November 2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives under Rule 30(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
