Provision Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security guard services for office and godowns of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board from licensed and experienced security companies registered with KPRA. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Monthly wages of security guards shall not be less than government prescribed minimum wages and bids quoting lower wages shall be rejected. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS along with sealed technical bid and original bid security amounting to 2% of total annual quoted value in favor of Chairman Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Textbook Board. Technical evaluation shall include physical inspection according to prescribed criteria. Financial bids of technically qualified firms shall be opened later on notified date. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 19-05-2026 at 02:00 PM. Conditional or incomplete bids shall not be accepted and firms must not be blacklisted by any government department.
