General Maintenance Works For Research Buildings Tender Notice

General maintenance works for PCRWR Building at PCRWR Headquarters Islamabad and R&D Farm Dar Kali Kalan Gujjar Khan. Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms and suppliers registered with PEC category C-4 or above and with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for year 2025-26. Bidding documents containing specifications drawings bid security evaluation criteria performance guarantee and procurement procedures are available on PCRWR website and PPRA EPADS. Bidders are required to electronically attach scanned documents and submit earnest money amounting to Rs.1265657 in shape of demand draft or pay order in favor of Chairman PCRWR. Bids shall be submitted by 03-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or representatives.
