Civil Courts Furniture Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including computer tables office chairs poshish type computer chairs side book racks and litigant benches for Civil Courts Sahiwal during financial year 2025-2026. E-bids are invited from financially sound firms having previous relevant experience and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through E-PADS. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,455,000 with bid security amount of PKR 172,750 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in Chamber of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Sahiwal. Original bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order must be submitted one hour before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee and liquidated damages at 2% per month may apply for delayed supply. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids under prevailing PPRA Rules.
