Desilting Canal Cleaning Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desilting and cleaning works for inner prism of Noshera Disty RD from 0+000 to 44+000 Chianwali Section of Noshera Sub Division under item rate basis through EPADS. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council having CE-04 specialization code and registered with Punjab PPRA. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended to date. Estimated project cost is PKR 2,982,496 with bid security amount of PKR 149,125 equal to 5% of estimated cost and completion period of 15 days. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 04-06-2026 up to 02:00 PM and will be opened on same day at 02:30 PM in office of Executive Engineer Gujranwala Canal Division Gujranwala. Original CDR or Bank Guarantee along with attested PEC registration copy must be submitted before opening time otherwise bids shall be considered non-responsive. Successful bidder shall furnish 5% performance guarantee and execute agreement within 15 days of acceptance letter. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
