Procurement Of Furniture Items For District Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including office tables sofa sets revolving chairs office chairs presiding chairs computer chairs side book racks center tables and litigant benches for District Courts Khushab through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Total estimated procurement cost is PKR 1,964,700 with refundable bid security amount of PKR 98,235 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and shall be opened on same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the District and Sessions Judge Khushab. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee up to 10% of contract value. Rates must be inclusive of GST and PRA taxes and remain valid for 60 days from opening date. Firms must be registered with sales tax income tax and E-PADS and attach PRA professional tax and sales tax registration certificates.
