Procurement Furniture Items Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for sub divisions and headquarters courts under District and Sessions Judge Rahim Yar Khan through E-PADS Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities may participate. E-bids must be submitted online by 04-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and opened same day at 10:30 AM. Successful bidder shall execute procurement contract and furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% as per PPRA Rule 56. Bid validity shall remain till 30-06-2026 and delivery period is fifteen days from issuance of purchase order. Bidders must provide samples images flyers and brochures at time of bid opening. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Failure to furnish bid security equal to 5% of estimated price in shape of CDR or Bank Draft will result in rejection of bid.
