Repair And Maintenance Of Carpet Road Link Route Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of carpet road from Canal Road towards Sheikhupura Road Menawala Link Road under Municipal Corporation Faisalabad for financial year 2025-26. Tender invited from contractors and firms registered on E-PADS with active FBR and PRA registration including NTN and PNTN along with relevant PEC enlistment. Estimated project cost is PKR 21,625,000 with mandatory 5% CDR amounting to PKR 1,091,250. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through Punjab E-Procurement System by 10-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opened same day at 12:00 PM in Iqbal Hall MCF office before Tender Opening Committee and representatives of bidders. Performance security at 10% of estimated cost shall apply where quoted amount is 5% or more below estimated cost as per PLG Works Rules 2017.
