Road And Service Road Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute repair and maintenance works including Madar-e-Millat Road from Pindi Stop to Hamdard Chowk Township Lahore and service road in Block A New Muslim Town parallel to Canal Bank Road Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with active NTN and PNTN status and registration on EPADS. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS in PDF format. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR. Estimated costs are PKR 4,972,949 and PKR 4,883,020 respectively with earnest money amounts of PKR 248,647 and PKR 244,151. Online bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the opening date.
