Road Network Feasibility And Detailed Design Consultancy Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for feasibility study, techno economic feasibility and detailed design for upgradation of road network in Gilgit Baltistan to promote tourism. Scope includes Astore to Chilim Chowki, Deosai to Skardu Road, Skardu to Khaplu Road, Skardu to Shigar Road, KKH Naltar to Satrangi Road, Thalichi Astore Rattu Shounter Road, Gorikol Shagarthan Skardu Road and Fairy Meadow routes with a total length of approximately 446 kilometers. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Pre-proposal conference will be held on 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day after submission deadline while financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later.
