Purchase Provision Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items on framework contract basis for financial year 2025-2026 by Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Chiniot through open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized dealers and distributors registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments may participate through EPADS. Estimated amount is PKR 814,830 with mandatory bid security of PKR 40,742 equal to 5% of estimated amount. E-bids shall be submitted by 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM in Chamber of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Chiniot. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Successful bidder must furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of total contract value.
