Purchase Of Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of furniture on an item-wise basis from eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The estimated amount is Rs.25 million. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available free of cost through PPRA, the Punjab e-Procurement System and the university website. All bids must be submitted item-wise electronically and accompanied by bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated cost deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must also be uploaded, with original verification potentially required. Bid validity is 120 days. Relevant terminology includes office furniture, institutional furniture, furniture supply, tables, chairs, storage furniture and university furniture procurement.
