Development Of Conservation Awareness And Outreach Materials Tender Notice

Project Director Conservation Development and Management of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 10BTTP UGPP Wildlife Component invites electronic bids through EPADS from contractors and suppliers registered with FBR and KPRA for development of conservation awareness and outreach materials under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Estimated project cost is PKR 5.000 million with 2% bid security amounting to PKR 100,000 in shape of CDR. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 08-06-2026 at 12:00 Hours and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 Hours. Original bid security and no litigation certificate on non judicial e-stamp paper must be submitted physically to the project office at Rahatabad Peshawar before closing time. Rates offered shall remain valid up to 31-12-2026. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: CDR bid security must be issued only after publication of the tender notice otherwise the bid may be treated as non-responsive during scrutiny.
