Description
Procure equipment and items for the project titled Appraisal and Adoption of Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Techniques for Effective Soil and Water Conservation and Use. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS v2.0. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft shall be provided where required, otherwise bidders must furnish a Bid Security Declaration. Electronic bids shall be opened on the same day after the submission deadline.
